  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Used items with visible wear, rust, or damage not related to transit

3. How to Return

We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

4. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective
